Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Living Life in the Spirit ("the App"), operated by Frosty Enterprises ("us", "we", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the App

Living Life in the Spirit is a Bible verse memorization application available on Android, iOS, and the web. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the App. Account deletion permanently removes all associated data.

User Content

You may add personal Bible verses and set a display name visible to friends. You are responsible for ensuring any content you add is appropriate. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

Bible Text

Bible verse texts provided within the App are sourced from publicly available translations. We do not claim ownership of these texts. Usage of Bible texts within the App is for personal study and memorization purposes.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
• Use automated means to access or interact with the App
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding Bible texts and user content) are the property of Frosty Enterprises and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Availability and Updates

We strive to keep the App available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also release updates that you will need to install to continue using the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frosty Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the updated Terms within the App and updating the effective date at the top.

Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
